I slept for thirteen hours straight then had a headache for about two and a half days. Of course that was me going cold turkey whereas this time it has been a more gradual process with me giving up cola due to my giving up Aspartame and my running out of tea and coffee due to bad planning with my grocery shopping!
This time was a lot easier. I developed a headache last night and was very tired. I woke up this morning feerling great
My 'hitlist' that I keep mentioning is get shorter. I'm waiting a couple of weeks before the next item on the list is tackled. I am really happy with how the lifestyle changes are going. I will reach my goals!
That's what it's all about in the end. Set a target, achieve it and go for the next one. It is all too easy to settle, to accept that however you are living is the only way life could be. This is not the case. You can identify what you are not happy with and makes small changes to turn your life into something you want.
