Last night I recieved an email from Books To Go Now. We have already exchanged contracts on my story Induction and we have been beating it into shape. I can honestly say that the last three or four weeks have been a huge lesson in writing for me. The last set of edits were a huge rewrite of many aspects (note to self: invent a time machine and pay attention to grammar at school!) - the last email was a few fixes that took no more than 15 miunutes.
The most exciting part was the inclusion of a possible cover for the book. I would never have expected something like that to be as exciting. An image, created just for me! Wow! I would love to post the image but, like the story, it is a work in progress.
Maybe I will make this story-telling lark work...
